Seeon Lee, PharmD is a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care pharmacy resident at Yale New Haven Hospital. Seeon completed her PGY-1 community-based pharmacy residency at Yale New Haven Hospital. She obtained her PharmD at the Long Island University, The Arnold & Marie Schwarz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Her interests include managing medications at specialty clinics and chronic disease states such as diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. She is currently involved in the Connecticut Society of Health System Pharmacists (CSHP) Resident Task Force.
