Opioid Stewardship Pharmacist

Dr. Diana Ardeljan is currently the Opioid Stewardship Pharmacist at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toronto. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Howard County General Hospital and a PGY2 Residency in Pain and Palliative Care at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Prior to this role, she was an inpatient Pain and Palliative Care Clinical Specialist at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Her interests are in opioid stewardship, patient education about pain management and the development of trust in the patient-provider relationship.
