Rich graduated from The University of Connecticut with his PharmD in 2010. He started his career in the community setting, managing his hometown CVS. Rich then had a career change and quickly became the pharmacy manager at Option Care in Shelton, a home infusion company. Rich now works at Yale New Haven Hospital as a supervisor at Outpatient Pharmacy Services. He supervises the dispensing and shipping of specialty medications, and oversees the department’s nonsterile compounding, shipping studies, and continued URAC and ACHC compliance.
