Jeffrey (JT) Lew, PharmD, BCPS, is currently a Managed Care Pharmacist with the MultiCare Health System. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Pharmacy and then completed a PGY1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency at Kaiser Permanente Washington. His current research and practice interests include formulary management, drug utilization management, population health, and clinical program development within value-based agreements (VBAs). JT's relevant professional memberships include the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP), Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), and Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, Inc.
