Steph L. Luon, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP is a Manager of Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. Steph graduated with her PharmD degree from MCPHS University-Boston and completed a PGY1 Community Care Pharmacy Residency program at the University of New England in partnership with Hannaford Pharmacy and Martin's Point Health Care in Portland, ME. She went on to complete a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency program at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. Steph's professional interests include building and enhancing ambulatory clinical pharmacy services and increasing access to care for patients. Steph is a member of the Yale University MBA for Executives Class of 2025, the American Society of Health System Pharmacists, and the American Pharmacists Association. In 2022, Steph was awarded the Pharmacist of the Year Award by the Connecticut Pharmacists Association, a Meritorious Team Achievement Award from the Connecticut Society of Health System Pharmacists for the dermatology pharmacy team she leads. and a Vizient Vision Award for Innovation in Public Policy for her work advancing the profession of pharmacy in Connecticut helping to enable pharmacists to engage in population-based collaborative practice agreements.
