Guadalupe Chavez, PharmD is currently a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident at the University of Utah Health, where she completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency. Her clinical and research interests include chronic disease state management and implementing clinical pharmacy services in the ambulatory care setting. In 2021, Lupe was a recipient of the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy Zada Cooper Leadership Award and APhA Juan and Esperanza Luna Scholarship in honor of her service in student organizations during professional school.
