Sibyl Cherian, Pharm.D., BCPS, BCGP is a pharmacy supervisor in Medication Safety at Overlook Medical Center. She completed 2 years of post-graduate education, specializing in geriatrics. Over the past several years, she has practiced in the areas of geriatrics, internal medicine and transitions of care. Her interests and publications include transitions of care, geriatrics and medication safety. She is an active member of the New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists and was recently awarded the Pharmacist Practitioner of the Year Award for 2023.
