Terry Bosen, Pharm.D., CPPS, received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC) in Tupelo, Mississippi. She worked in clinical and management roles at NMMC and also at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Bosen currently practices as the Medication Safety Program Director for the Vanderbilt Health System serving to proactively and reactively assist in building a safer system and stronger safety culture.
