Terri Jorgenson, RPH, BCPS, is a National Program Manager for the Clinical Pharmacy Practice Integration and Model Advancement with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Clinical Pharmacy Practice Office. She graduated Pharmacy School from Auburn University and has worked for the VA for 25 years in clinical practice, education, and leadership roles. She is a consultant on improving access to patient care by integrating Pharmacist Practitioners on patient care teams. She has a focus in Pain Management and Substance Use Disorder care. She has current appointments with the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacist (ASHP) Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders Educational Steering Committee and Council on Pharmacy Practice. Terri has served as faculty several times with ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Pharmacy Leaders Conference. She has also been faculty for the ASHP Opioid Stewardship Certificate program, panelist for the 2018 ASHP Commission on Goals focused on Opioids and the 2019 ASHP Opioid Task Force. With the Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Terri is the chair of the Educational Steering Committee and elected in 2023 to represent MSHP in the ASHP House of Delegates.
