Samantha Schermerhorn, PharmD is a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. Samantha received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Wegmans School of Pharmacy at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and completed her PGY-1 residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Samantha is a current member of the Massachusetts Society of Health System Pharmacy.
