Allison Flores completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Irvine where she received her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Southern California, School of Pharmacy. She is currently completing her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency in the Ambulatory Care setting at the University of Southern California. She has conducted research in several practice settings and hopes to advance the field of personalized medicine. to determine the level of interaction between pharmacists, community engagement groups and law enforcement officers in combating the opioid epidemic in addition to conducting a qualitative analysis for the Keck Value Based Service Organization Hypertension program. She also assessed a web-based program which was developed at the USC School of Pharmacy to determine the most common teaching methods, assessment methods, disease states and ability-based outcomes from faculty who created syllabi for their experiential rotations. She has a passion for serving the underserved population providing comprehensive medication management. Throughout pharmacy school she held multiple leadership positions for various organizations. Currently she serves on the National Resident Advisory Board Committee for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Liaison for her residency class.
